Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the rko66 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be cancelled and any eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of a compliance review.

• Colluding or cooperating with other players to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Use of unauthorized third-party software to alter or influence game outcomes.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.

Rko66 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in fraud investigations. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activities will be suspended immediately without notice, and all balances may be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

Rko66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.

Players whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register without written approval from rko66.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rko66 shall not be liable for:

In all circumstances, rko66's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rko66 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration before one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with mutually agreed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these terms limits your right to seek interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
